Systems Analyst II
About The Position
KODA Technologies is seeking a Systems Analyst II to support the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Program Office delivering critical capabilities for the Defense of Guam (DoG). This role supports a priority national defense effort in a dynamic environment, ensuring effective integration of missile defense elements to protect a key strategic location. The candidate will provide senior-level systems engineering support, guiding technical efforts across multiple domains and ensuring alignment with MDA objectives. A background that includes exposure to secure system development and cybersecurity-informed engineering practices is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong Model-based engineering experience
- Ability to excel in a team setting
- Experience with Interface or Interoperability engineering domains
- Must be a US Citizen and hold an Active DoD Secret clearance
Nice To Haves
- Expertise in MBSE Tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.)
- MDA Experience
- Expertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperability
- Background that includes exposure to secure system development and cybersecurity-informed engineering practices
Responsibilities
- Assist with capturing and developing new system models to become the backbone for how MDA will approach future engineering efforts.
- Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to collaborate on models.
