About The Position

Eastman Credit Union is now hiring a Systems Analyst - Digital Banking! As part of the Digital Banking team, you will be responsible for the integration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ECU’s Digital Banking platforms, including ECU Mobile, ECU Online, and related digital services. This role will also support emerging digital capabilities, including automation, AI-assisted workflows, and enhanced self-service member experiences. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • General understanding of ECU operations.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and evolving digital service platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in technology or application support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms, digital workflow tools, or AI-assisted technologies is preferred.
  • Understanding of data governance, knowledge management, or digital content organization is preferred.
  • Knowledge of best practices in information security, disaster recovery, project management, and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain ECU’s Digital Banking platforms, related integrations, and associated digital services.
  • Support testing, implementation, maintenance, and documentation for Digital Banking systems and related technology solutions.
  • Help manage vendor relationships, invoice processing, and system support documentation as needed.
  • Identify and manage risks within the department.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support digital services, system integrations, operational efficiency, and member experience improvements.
  • Analyze systems, workflows, and product capabilities to identify process improvement opportunities and support operational decision-making.
  • Assist in developing training materials and educating staff on Digital Banking services and evolving technologies.
  • Participate in projects involving Digital Banking platforms, automation, self-service capabilities, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with Information Security and other departments to support secure, compliant, and reliable system operations.
  • Ensure supported systems and processes align with applicable regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards.
  • Support ECU’s mission, vision, strategic intent, values, policies, guidelines, management decisions, and Service Excellence expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and plans for disaster recovery and data backup.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery test exercises.
  • Collaborate with ECU’s Information Security team to proactively identify and implement methods to improve security of supported system components.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of supported systems per the defined I/T patch management process.
  • Adhere to all information security related guidelines.
