About The Position

The Payment Operations Product Analyst - Wires supports and administers the bank’s payment platforms, serving as a subject matter expert for system functionality, operational workflows, and issue resolution. The role monitors system performance, analyzes system and transaction activity, troubleshoots escalated issues, supports system changes and enhancements, and maintains procedures to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and business continuity. The Product Analyst partners closely with Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and vendors to ensure wire transfer systems are stable, well controlled, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
