Systems Analyst Advisor – Encounters Implementation Support
About The Position
The Systems Analyst Advisor is responsible for defining and managing the scope of Business Systems projects. This role defines functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. It creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs. The advisor provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. This role partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction. It works with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements. The advisor proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements and develops use cases.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 6 years experience in a variety of technologies, documenting requirements and/or building test cases; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- This position is not eligible for current or future visa sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in SQL, Excel, Confluence, and Jira.
- Knowledge of CMS regulatory requirements.
