This role will lead quality assurance initiatives, testing coordination, defect management, user support, and system enhancement validation while collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing, quality assurance leadership, system analysis, and end-user support within enterprise-level applications.
