Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline; or an equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and relevant work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Azure environments.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Virtualization technologies and hypervisors (e.g., Hyper‑V).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Automation and Scripting using PowerShell.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing SSL certificates, including renewal, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Supporting Microsoft Hyper‑V, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
Maintaining system stability, performance, and availability.
Administering Dell server hardware, Power Vault and Nimble storage systems.
Supporting Endpoint Central, Zoom, and Proofpoint.
Developing automation using PowerShell and PowerShell Universal, including support of internal web‑based tools.
Serving as a Level 3 escalation point, providing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational support across critical business systems.
