About The Position

GRVTY is seeking a Systems Administrator with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join one of our top projects. The Systems Administrator provides support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. They manage IT system infrastructure and related processes, offering support for day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, and mobile devices. The role includes Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution, as well as escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Support for the dispatch system and hardware problems, including involvement in the resolution process, is also required. The position involves configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, installing/loading operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining network component integrity, and implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

  • Ten (10) years' experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
  • DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher is required.
