About The Position

We’re looking for a Linux systems administrator to provide system administration and software support for field exploitation systems and lab environments. You'll perform Linux system setup and management for physical and virtual operating systems to include provisioning, configuration, patching and update management, and platform securing and hardening. Additionally, you'll develop technical documentation such as system administration architecture diagrams, configurations, baselines, and SOPs. You'll coordinate with developers to define operational system security requirements, develop System Security Plans and security documentation, and coordinate system security accreditation and authorizations. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. Requirements

  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience provisioning, configuring, patching, securing, hardening, and managing systems
  • Experience working with VMWare
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible
  • Experience with containerization
  • Experience with Kickstart or PXE
  • Experience developing and implementing system configuration scripts
  • Knowledge of IPv4 Networking
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology and 10+ years of experience with systems administration, or 15+ years of experience with systems administration in lieu of a degree
