This role is for a Mid Level Systems Administrator at ELEVI. The position requires supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. The administrator will manage daily activities related to the configuration and operation of IT systems, provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems, and handle Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. Support extends to all client/server/storage/network devices, and mobile devices.
