About The Position

This role is for a Mid Level Systems Administrator at ELEVI, a company that values its employees and offers opportunities for skill expansion and personal growth. The position involves supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, including providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. The administrator will manage daily IT system activities, assist users, and support various IT systems such as client/server, storage, network devices, and mobile devices.

Requirements

Must hold a current Poly clearance
Possess Ten (10)+ years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Having a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4)+ years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher is required

Responsibilities

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
