About The Position
Epicor ERP Systems Administrator / Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for our Epicor environment. This role is focused on troubleshooting, system configuration, process improvement, and supporting ERP users and business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience administering and supporting Epicor ERP, diagnosing technical issues, configuring system functionality, developing or modifying BPMs, and making minor system customizations as needed.
Requirements
- Experience administering and supporting Epicor ERP.
- Experience diagnosing technical issues.
- Experience configuring system functionality.
- Experience developing or modifying BPMs.
- Experience making minor system customizations.
- Back-end technical support experience.
- Ability to configure and potentially help make BPMs and dev changes (C#) as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for the Epicor ERP environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the Epicor system.
- Configure system functionality.
- Improve business processes related to ERP usage.
- Support ERP users and business operations.
- Develop or modify Business Process Management (BPM) workflows.
- Make minor system customizations as needed.
