Erias Ventures is seeking a System Administrator to provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. This role involves managing IT system infrastructure and related processes, supporting day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for various devices including client/server, storage, network devices, and mobile devices. The position includes providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. Responsibilities also encompass supporting escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers, as well as supporting the dispatch system and hardware problems throughout the resolution process. The role requires configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, installing/loading operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining network component integrity, and implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
