- Experience in classified or high-security IT environments
Responsibilities
- Perform system security administration functions
- Manage customer accounts via Active Directory
- Troubleshoot and resolve system problems
- Plan, test, install, and integrate new and upgraded versions of operating systems, third-party software components, and subsystems
- Monitor and manage system resources to optimize operating efficiency and performance
- Perform custom software installation and maintenance
