About The Position

At Stampin' Up!, we believe amazing things happen when creativity, connection, and technology come together. If you're passionate about building reliable systems, creating positive experiences, and helping people do their best work, we'd love to meet you. At Stampin' Up!, we're in the business of helping people create meaningful connections. For more than 35 years, we've inspired a global community through creativity, relationships, and shared experiences. Behind every product launch, demonstrator event, and business interaction is a team of talented people working together to make it all possible. We're proud of our culture because people truly come first here. We value kindness, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. We move quickly, embrace change, and aren't afraid to try new things as technology and business needs evolve. As we continue modernizing our technology landscape, we're looking for a Systems Administrator who can help us build what's next while keeping people at the center of every solution. This isn't your typical Systems Administrator role. We're looking for someone who can expertly manage infrastructure and systems while also serving as a trusted partner across the organization. You'll support team members at all levels, translate technical concepts into clear communication, and help guide our technology environment through a period of exciting transformation. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex problems, creating order from ambiguity, improving processes, and building trust through positive, service-focused interactions. Our environment is fast-moving, international, and constantly evolving. You'll help us safely adopt emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, strengthen documentation and knowledge sharing, and shift from reactive support toward proactive solutions that create long-term value. Most importantly, you'll be someone who inspires confidence, approaches challenges with optimism, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
