About The Position

We are seeking multiple Systems Administrators with various experience levels to support a federal contract. This role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph, and candidates must be US Citizens. The Systems Administrator will provide direct support to end users and technical staff, including developers, testers, and engineers. Responsibilities include managing Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory, software/hardware deployment, patching, operating system maintenance, and basic system backup and restore functions. The role also involves installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and reimaging hardware, with a strong emphasis on advanced security protocols and information security principles.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph
  • Eight (08) to fourteen (14) years of direct/relevant experience
  • Experience as a systems administrator providing direct support to end users and technical staff
  • Proficiency with Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory
  • Experience with software/hardware deployment, patches, operating systems, and basic system backup and restore functions
  • Experience with/familiarity with SALT, Ansible, Splunk, Puppet, SolarWinds, Nessus
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of Red Hat and VMWare
  • Solid understanding of advanced security protocols and standards
  • Experience with both Client and Server virtualization environments
  • Experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and reimaging hardware
  • Solid understanding of information security principles and practices
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to support occasional day or short duration travel

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with SQL Server
  • SALT and Python scripting experience
  • Experience supporting a software configuration management and development environment
  • Experience working in an Agile Development Environment or on an Agile Team
  • Knowledge of PKI systems which use HSMs to validate key and NTP for synchronization
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and PowerCLI
  • Experience in documenting and providing information for security accreditation and certification

Responsibilities
