We are looking for a Remote Field Services Team Lead to join our Tech Services Team. This role will oversee a team to ensure the timely delivery of quality technical support service to the business. This requires both knowledge of the software or hardware systems being supported and effective personnel management skills with a high degree of emphasis on providing an exceptional end-user experience. This position will report to the Remote Field Services Manager and will be required to travel 50%+ of the time to assist in launching new markets and meetings with staff and site leadership
