We are hiring for the following shifts: Front end days: 6 am to 6:30 pm local time. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday. Front end nights: 6 pm to 6:30 am local time. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wendesday. Back end days: 6 am to 6:30 pm local time. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday. Back end nights: 6 pm to 6:30 am local time. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday. Monday - Friday day: 6 am to 2:30 pm local time. Monday to Friday. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or equivalent related field experience)
  • 2+ years Windows server experience (2012, 2016, 2019)
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) Years specialized experience in Systems Administration supporting MS SQL Server, MS System Center (SCCM), O365/SharePoint and MS Azure
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Registry, Group Policy Objects
  • Proficiency scripting in PowerShell or equivalent
  • Active Top Secret clearance required

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Server or Infrastructure Certification(s) (or equivalent work experience)
  • Remedy Action Request Server, ServiceNow and ITSM experience
  • SQL database experience
  • ITIL® Foundations certification
  • Security+ certification
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment
  • Preference for experience with mentoring and training staff

Responsibilities

  • Perform system implementation, troubleshooting, and administration activities.
  • Installation, training, support, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of problems as well as the communication, tracking, and reporting of these efforts.
  • Performing imaging, restores, and ongoing management of systems, software, and hardware.
  • Creating, maintaining, tracking, and communicating configurations and/or changes of configurations in hardware, software, data, permissions (or security-related information), etc.
  • Providing development, maintenance, and communication of diagrams, system configurations, and technical documentation.
  • Providing technical support for testing and evaluation.
  • Responsible for the full lifecycle of design through implementation of enterprise and business specific solutions involving conceptual and logical architecture.
  • Create prototypes and perform technology evaluations.
  • Ensures Windows application hosts and SQL database hosts comply with applicable system security standards.
  • Works with information assurance teams to ensure system accreditation.
  • Plans for and performs any required Windows server configuration changes.
  • Analyzes monitoring data for performance optimization opportunities.
  • Develops and implements system performance monitoring processes.
  • Maintains current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for server operations and maintenance.
  • Works as part of a team on client engagements.
