You will be central to the design, implementation, and support of Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) platform services, including telephony, voice, conferencing, and Microsoft 365-integrated solutions and services.

Requirements

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or an equivalent combination of Technical Training, Certification(s) and additional work experience
8+ years of related experience
Strong background supporting M365 Teams and hands-on experience supporting solutions with Microsoft Entra, Azure AD and AD Connect.
PowerShell and Graph scripting.
Administration of Session Boarder Controllers.
Prior experience supporting telecommunications, networking, and voice communication technologies.

Nice To Haves

Telecom Session Boarder Controller (SBC)
Proficient with PowerShell, Graph and other scripting skills used to automate processes.
Experience with the installation or support of Unified Communications (UC), VoIP, SIP, PSTN telephony solutions.
Experience with hardware and software testing, integration, installation, configuration and problem solving, especially for Windows 11 clients and Windows Servers

Specializing in UC Collaboration and Voice/Telephony services, you'll prioritize enhancing the end-user experience, while we focus on advancing your career growth.
Collaborate with the M365 Services and Database Team to implement and deliver outstanding support for Microsoft 365 Teams, Unified Communications & Collaboration services, Voice, Telephony and related emerging technologies. As a GDIT Systems Administrator Sr Principal you will play a key role in making today secure and tomorrow is smarter.
Drive efforts to enhance and optimize existing technologies, implement new innovative solutions, and collaborate with other teams to integrate systems that improve security, functionality and services for GDIT users.
