Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for a Systems Administrator to join their rapidly growing team! This role involves providing support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, managing daily activities of configuration and operation, and offering Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. The position requires supporting IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, and mobile devices. Responsibilities also include optimizing system operations, resource utilization, performing system capacity analysis and planning, and supporting the dispatch system and hardware problems. The role demands in-depth experience in troubleshooting IT systems, configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, installing/loading operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining network component integrity, and implementing operating system enhancements. Additionally, the Systems Administrator will provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
