What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be a critical partner to operations, production, and IT—ensuring systems stay up and running across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Experience with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration
- Familiarity with O365, networking basics, and device provisioning
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Willingness to be on-site and hands-on daily (this is not a desk-only role)

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and production floor systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in real time
- Support devices including Cisco IP phones, RF scanners, Kronos time clocks, and mobile devices
- Build, image, and deploy new equipment while managing inventory and leases
- Partner with maintenance, trades, and warehouse teams to resolve system issues on-site
- Assist with conference room tech, POS systems, and plant-floor applications
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and training materials
- Participate in after-hours and on-call support (rotational)
