Manage engineer on-call lists and handle phone calls. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 60% - Maintain permission assignments to applications and services for all employees. 25% - Coordinate incident response based on monitoring alerts & user-reported issues. 5% - Manage monitoring tools. 5% - Maintain patches for Windows and Linux servers. 5% - Maintain documentation of infrastructure and services. QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS 1-3 years of experience in IT or equivalent training. Experience within customer support. Good verbal / written communication skills. Ability to follow complex verbal / written instructions. Ability to multi-task. CompTIA Network+/Security+ / MCSA/RHCSA / LPI Linux Essentials. Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch). Completed a degree in IT or Computer Science-related field. Proficient with one or more scripting / programming languages (Python, Go, Java, Powershell). Familiar with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
