About The Position

The Systems Administrator I – Desktop Support role at Clemens Food Group is a hands-on position focused on providing real-time support for systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership, responds quickly to issues, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. This role involves direct interaction with operations, production, and IT teams to ensure the uptime of critical systems.

Requirements

  • Experience with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration
  • Familiarity with O365, networking basics, and device provisioning
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Willingness to be on-site and hands-on daily (this is not a desk-only role)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and production floor systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in real time
  • Support devices including Cisco IP phones, RF scanners, Kronos time clocks, and mobile devices
  • Build, image, and deploy new equipment while managing inventory and leases
  • Partner with maintenance, trades, and warehouse teams to resolve system issues on-site
  • Assist with conference room tech, POS systems, and plant-floor applications
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and training materials
  • Participate in after-hours and on-call support (rotational)
