About The Position

This position is with our Field Services Team, working with multiple Clients where you'll provide leadership and help integrate new technologies that get the most out of their IT investment. Unlike a traditional IT gig where every day you work on the same stuff, likely from the same desk, this position will turbocharge your career giving you hands-on exposure to a wide variety of technologies across many different environments. If you think you're ready to "run the show" then please read on to see if your skills are a great fit. We are growing and need to add more smart folks to our team, so this posting is for full-time position starting just as soon as we find the right person. We provide IT Engineering services to a whole lot of folks in all sorts of industries and our roots go back to 1990. No hardware sales, no software sales, just solid engineering work with a fantastic client service ethic. We operate on a hybrid model with a blend of working from home, onsite time at our Clients and time in our offices in Seattle and Tacoma. We have a strong commitment to work life balance. Our HR team is not working 100 hours a week to get to the bottom of any employee issues, rather they're working hard during normal business hours with all of us to keep this a great place to work. The org chart is called a sketch, our HR manual says DON’T PANIC on the cover and the culture here is such that when folks land a job here, they stay for a long, long, time. We pay well, offer comprehensive benefits and are nicely profitable. We make a point of sharing the profits with everyone here that helped make those possible in the first place - in fact, we are a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP). You will contribute to those profits with your efforts and expectations aligned with the work life balance mentioned above.
