Amentum is seeking a System Administrator 2 to provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. This role involves supporting the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. The primary focus will be on senior Tier level ticket support for one of the PKI Tools, providing troubleshooting for end users experiencing issues with various PKI tools, testing new PKI tool releases, and testing new compliance guidance related to the functionality of these tools. The position also requires a basic understanding of Windows desktop tools and Linux command line functions, as well as reviewing and updating documentation and SOPs. Familiarity with using a ticketing system and navigating Confluence pages is also essential.
