About The Position

As a System Validation Engineer, you will plan, execute, and monitor verification activities for industrial variable frequency drives across IR200 to IR1300 projects. You will support end-to-end system requirement validation within the E-cooling GBE, working with global and industrial standards while contributing to hardware and product validation when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical, Computer, or System Engineering.
3+ years in validation engineering covering electrical hardware and software testing.
Product launch exposure.
Experience in engineering test environments.
Strong system-level DV/PV validation knowledge.
Clear communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on expertise with industrial protocols (MODBUS, PROFINET, Ethernet, CAN).
Hands-on expertise with scripting (Python/CAPL).
Hands-on expertise with calibration/diagnostic tools such as INCA, CANalyzer, and CANape.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor verification activities for industrial variable frequency drives.
Support end-to-end system requirement validation within the E-cooling GBE.
Work with global and industrial standards.
Contribute to hardware and product validation.
Work closely with design teams to understand product requirements.
Translate customer test needs into robust validation plans.
Define test scenarios aligned to V-cycle milestones.
Specify ECU hardware and communication interfaces.
Lead hardware/software integration and acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain validation tools and environments using LabVIEW, CANoe, or CANape.
Create automated test solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug test equipment.
Document issues, reports, and technical conclusions with stakeholders.
Support for DFMEA and long-term validation activities close to customer operating conditions.
