About The Position

M9 Solutions is seeking a System Test Engineering professional to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role tests mission system software and database products, including operational-based, integration, validation and verification, and regression testing. It also supports product readiness for government testing and fielding, formal releases, and operational users. An active Secret security clearance is required.

Requirements

Active Secret security clearance.
Security+ certification.
Familiarity with SQL.
Familiarity with agile concepts to support agile program execution.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute operational-based testing of mission system software and database products, analyze test data, and report discrepancies to ensure readiness for government testing and fielding.
Plan and execute integration testing, analyze test data, and report discrepancies to ensure products are acceptable for formal and fully regression releases.
Analyze mission system software and database deficiencies and workarounds.
Verify Oracle database contents related to tested products.
Use in-house-built tools to process and analyze test data.
Perform deficiency validation and verification of developed solutions to ensure requirements are fully satisfied.
Work with development and integration teams to support prioritization, testing, and delivery scheduling.
Perform system regression tests.
Track and manage work using Jira.
Document tested solutions that are technically satisfactory for operational users and complete test reports.
Test multiple ground product releases covering OS/COTS through application software.
