About The Position

The System Support Specialist will provide basic technical assistance to TCC staff for some software issues, manage physical IT inventory, assist in purchasing and receiving. Position duties will include: creating and disabling user accounts in different systems (Active Directory, EHR, Exchange, etc); meeting with staff to provide one-on-one basic technical assistance; setting up and issuing equipment for new employees; providing training to staff on company some software; assisting in purchasing IT equipment; maintaining an accurate inventory count of all equipment deemed to be managed by the IT department; ensuring the proper documentation is filled out from all employees that receive laptops, cell phones, or other IT managed devices; creating new and editing existing internal forms in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Participates and operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent, supplemented by courses in computer science.
  • Experience with Windows Office Suite in a technical support environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat PRO and Ceno PDF
  • Current driver’s license and vehicle for use at work
  • Organized and detailed oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to interact with all staff members is essential
  • Keyboard entry at a minimum of 35 words per minute
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (ex: Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • Ability to generate, read, interpret, and take action as it relates to basic financial statements, national and state regulations, operational and maintenance and organizational policy / procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively to maintain good working relationships
  • Ability to work with skill in identifying problems
  • Will have access to confidential information abiding by the organization’s privacy policies and regulations concerning this information

  • Associated Degree preferred.
