About The Position

This position is hybrid 3 days per week in the Cincinnati, OH office. The role is within the Core Settlement Support US team and focuses on shaping the future of global commerce. The System Support Analyst I will provide 24x7 on-call support for production systems, develop and execute scripts and utilities, and may conduct code-level software analyses to identify root causes of bugs or system modifications. The analyst will interface with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT, and Product Development to resolve problems, analyze issues, document resolutions, and communicate findings. They will also escalate problems as necessary, assist in documenting policies and procedures, represent the team on cross-functional teams, and learn and implement SOX and security regulations, including performing monthly and quarterly SOX testing. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Knowledge of programming languages

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: software quality control, systems analysis or system support preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides 24 x 7 on-call support for all assigned production-related systems.
  • Develops and executes scripts, utilities and associated test plans. Scripts may modify data that is not updateable via user interface.
  • May conduct code-level software analyses to identify root cause of bugs and/or system modifications as needed.
  • Interfaces with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT and Product Development to resolve problems.
  • Analyzes problem, documents and communicates resolution and conducts follow up. Escalates problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Assists in documenting current policies and procedures.
  • Represents team on cross-functional teams for production, support and development activities.
  • Learns, understands, implements and utilizes SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and security regulations.
  • Performs monthly and quarterly SOX testing.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
