About The Position

This position involves students assisting in the design, creation, editing, and testing of web content and applications. A key responsibility is ensuring all public-facing content adheres to web accessibility initiatives (ATI). The role requires students to be reliable as the reception desk must be staffed during all open hours.

Requirements

• Current student at CSUF and enrolled/registered (fees paid) in a current regular semester as a new or continuing student.
• Student who has completed the prior semester (has not graduated), or who is registered for the subsequent semester.
• In good academic standing (not on academic probation, continued probation, academic dismissal).
• Authorized to work in the United States and can provide employment eligibility documents.
• Ability to learn and perform assigned work.
• Ability to follow oral instructions.
• Ability to work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
• Ability to read and write English at a level appropriate to the position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Conscientious.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
