System Specialist, Laser Design - 1st Shift
About The Position
DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a System Specialist, Laser Design for their Solutions division. This full-time role involves utilizing computer-aided design and manufacturing software to complete draft designs. The specialist will coordinate projects with customers, finish designs from sketches, and apply knowledge of machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to create drawings. They will obtain information from various sources including prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, documents, and verbal/electronic instructions.
Requirements
- Utilize computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing software to complete draft designs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates projects with customers as required
- Finish designs from sketches
- Utilize knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings
- Obtain information from prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, documents, verbal and electronic work instruction
