As an Engineer with MTSI, you will be responsible for supporting customers in Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) facilities. You will interact daily with program managers, other engineers, financial managers, and industry subject matter experts across multiple Services supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Services and Agencies, and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. Personnel performing in this position are experienced and motivated engineering professionals with the necessary skills to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office (ATEA FPO) with the following: Support the ATEA FPO Education and Outreach Lead. Instruct ATEA FPO sponsored educational courses. Work with Government and industry partners to develop and update training materials. Develop novel concepts to train and educate the Anti-Tamper community through the use of various instructional aids, videos, customized courses, and briefings. Provide specialized support for the Export Integrated Capability Team (ICT) initiatives and enterprise policy modernization; author ad-hoc technical documentation to ensure continuous compliance and mission support.
