About The Position

Requirements

7+ years of experience in systems engineering with an emphasis on requirements development and analysis
Experience decomposing operational requirements into functional and system-level requirements for complex System of Systems (SoS) architectures, and working with Army tactical communications, mission command systems, mounted computing environments, or combat vehicle integration
Experience using requirements management tools, including IBM DOORS, DOORS Next, Cameo Systems Modeler, or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools
Experience supporting requirements development throughout the systems engineering lifecycle, including Systems Engineering and Technical Review (SETR) events
Experience evaluating Army operational needs and identifying technical solutions to satisfy mission requirements, and supporting C4I, tactical communications, mission command, or defense systems
Experience collaborating with Army operational and acquisition stakeholders
Knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements management, architecture development, and requirements traceability
Ability to collaborate with operational users, engineering teams, acquisition professionals, and government stakeholders to develop technically sound and mission-focused solutions
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Army acquisition organizations, including PEO C3N, PEO IEW&S, DEVCOM, or other Army modernization organizations
Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or international security cooperation programs
Knowledge of Operational Requirements Documents (ORDs), Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Capability Development Documents (CDD), or Army capability development processes
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in an Engineering field
