About The Position

The System modeling development team is looking for a System Modeling Engineer with background in data analysis and NAND based Solid State Drive experience, to help design, develop and maintain software models with the intent of providing valuable forward-looking insights for the development and productization of SSDs for enterprise applications. The modeling engineer will be part of a team that is responsible for assessing various aspects of deployed or yet to be deployed systems to meet business requirements of potential or existing customers.

Requirements

Bachelor's in CS, EE, CE, or related field and 5 years experience or Masters degree in CS, EE, CE, or related field and 2 years experience
Programming proficiency C++, Python
Working within an ecosystem such as Bitbucket/Jira/Confluent
Proven data analysis acumen
Presentation skills both written and oral
Experience with agentic coding or AI assisted development

Nice To Haves

Prior SystemC/behavior modeling work
Experience in modeling large behavior models of SSD
Background in analyzing large data sets
Knowledge of various modeled data visualization techniques
