About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System(HSHS) is seeking a System Manager-Procurement to join our team. The System Manager-Procurement oversees the daily operation of the Consolidated Services System Procurement and Consolidated Services Help Desk (CSHD) teams, including the processing and management of purchase orders, customer service inquiries, and other activities associated with the "req-to-check" process. This position ensures company policies and business processes are adhered to, as they pertain to System Procurement and the Consolidated Services Help Desk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field is required.
  • High School Diploma plus 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement, related field may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or other relevant experience is required.
  • 3 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.
  • Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
  • Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
  • Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in management, business, or related field is preferred.
