Supports the business through analysis, reporting, segmentation, and general analyst duties related to the digital marketing efforts. Applies advanced advisory skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.
Requirements
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing Jira workflows, including configuration of workflows, screens, fields, and issue types
- Experience with Jira best practices and providing guidance to stakeholders
- Knowledge of Jira and its applications in software development lifecycle management
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle principles
- Knowledge of optimizing Jira configurations to meet business needs
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Jira issues
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree

- Possession of analytical and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions to business needs
