The Space & Airborne Center within Systems Engineering/Integration & Test is seeking talented System Integration & Test II - Electronic Warfare Engineers to support our advanced airborne and space-based programs. Our team is responsible for integrating hardware and software, developing test plans and procedures, debugging, and evaluating system functions and interfaces, and verifying system requirements in support of final customer sell‑off. We build systems end‑to‑end, exercising them in the lab and in the field, analyzing performance, and ensuring they work the first time and every time. The work brings daily technical challenges and requires collaboration across engineering disciplines to deliver effective solutions. In this role, you’ll gain broad insight into the entire system and play a direct part in making it all work together through integration and test efforts. As a System Integration & Test II - Electronic Warfare Engineer within the Space & Airborne lifecycle center, you will interface with customers to develop CONOPS, system architectures, and system requirements, and manage qualification, verification, and validation activities. You will perform functional and physical analyses, requirements allocation, and trade studies while helping transition systems from production through warranty, sustainment, and long‑term support. You will also contribute across the product lifecycle, including radar mode requirement development, engineering testing, integration and flight‑testing, production, deployment, and post‑deployment sustainment. Digital Transformation (DTx) methods, including MBSE and Agile, enable these activities and support our modern engineering approach. This is an onsite role in Goleta, California.
