About The Position

SimVentions is seeking an Operations System Analyst to join their team. This role involves performing integration and testing on Navy EW systems, developing and implementing procedures for product testing, reviewing test results, and recommending design changes to ensure quality and performance standards. The individual will be responsible for Electronic Warfare system software testing of government-owned systems that interface with multiple subsystems, EW systems, as well as AEGIS and SSDS combat systems. This includes the development, integration, and execution of test cases and test procedures, and providing SME support from a testing facet.

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
  • An ACTIVE Interim Secret Clearance is required for this position.
  • US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

  • Experience with Linux
  • Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
  • Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences
  • Demonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities
  • Knowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E
  • Agile methodology

Responsibilities
