Provide senior level system engineering expertise supporting design, development, integration, and lifecycle support of range systems, instrumentation, interfaces, and information system architectures. Lead cybersecurity and information assurance efforts including RMF/JSIG compliance, vulnerability analysis, certification, continuous monitoring, and development of policies, CONOPS, safeguards, and accreditation documentation for classified systems. Support acquisition project management through development and review of PWSs, RFPs, CDRLs, technical plans, milestone schedules, source selection materials, and program documentation while ensuring alignment with Air Force acquisition and financial management guidance. Perform advanced system interface and interoperability analyses for range systems and net centric environments; define requirements for frequency scheduling, software modules, system enhancements, and integration with command and control and test range networks. Lead development of technical documentation, test planning materials, WBS structures, performance reports, and program execution tracking products while coordinating with government personnel, contractors, and engineering teams.
