About The Position

Provide Tier 2 administration, troubleshooting, and general support for Windows Server 2022/2025 environments, Windows 10/11 client systems, and RHEL 8/9 / Linux distributions within cloud environments. Work closely with the ISSO / Security to track and remediate system vulnerabilities driven by IAVM findings, ensuring timely patching and security compliance across the environment. Architect, deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily within AWS, while also supporting existing on-premise server infrastructure.
