As our System Director, SSRM Strategic Sourcing, you will drive system-wide spend management for a designated product category and set and implement a strategy to optimize total cost of ownership, including sourcing, standardization, and utilization. Every day, you will lead a category team of manager-level staff with expertise and access to extensive knowledge of products and market. This role oversees a significant annual dollar spend and interfaces with a variety of high-level Clinical and organizational leadership. To be successful in your role, you will strategically lead system-wide spend management for a designated product category, driving clear strategies to optimize total cost of ownership through product sourcing, standardization, and utilization. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership in guiding a team of manager-level staff, overseeing significant annual expenditures, and influencing high-level Clinical and organizational leadership to achieve optimal financial and operational outcomes across the enterprise.
