About The Position
Your opportunity to build a world class Environmental Services division. Provide system-wide leadership and oversight, ensuring consistent service standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Lead, coach, and support the EVS Team by establishing priorities, coordinating staffing and work schedules, sharing best practices, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the system. Develop and oversee system-wide attraction and retention plans for EVS to ensure success of operating model. Manage key vendor partnerships and contractual relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Included in the 7 years of experience, must be a minimum of 5 years of experience in linen service, inventory control and regulatory compliance.
