Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of experience as a building maintenance director is required.

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership or supervision of staff is preferred.
Class 1C Boilers license and Pool Operator license preferred
Knowledge of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Chemical Treatment, Plumbing, and Electrical preferred.
