About The Position

Provides secretarial support relating to department activities. Performs diverse duties to maintain coordination of department functions and systems to maximize department productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent clerical and computer skills required.
  • Must know Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Kronos preferred.
  • Purchasing experience also preferred.
  • Previous office experience strongly preferred.
