Provide system-level application support for products implementing USB 2.0/3.x/4, USB Type-C, USB Power Delivery, and DisplayPort (DP and DP Alt Mode). Act as a technical interface for customers, supporting design-in activities, architectural discussions, schematic reviews, and system bring-up. Debug and resolve system-level issues related to signal integrity, power delivery negotiation, interoperability, firmware interaction, and standards compliance. Support USB Type-C and Power Delivery architectures, including Source/Sink, DRP, PPS, EPR, cable considerations, and protection schemes. Support DisplayPort and DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C, including link training, MST, HPD behavior, AUX channel operation, and interoperability. Collaborate with internal teams (silicon design, firmware, validation, and marketing) to develop reference designs, application notes, and customer documentation. Participate in USB-IF and VESA compliance and interoperability testing; analyze failures and recommend corrective actions. Develop and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and customer demonstrations. Provide system-level application feedback and customer insights to support future product improvements and definition.
