Requirements
- Experience with healthcare applications (Meditech, Epic, Athena, Cerner, PACS, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel for reporting and data extracts
- Knowledge of HIPAA, cybersecurity, and healthcare regulations
- Experience in system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects
- Ability to develop and deliver user training
- Strong documentation skills for workflows, system configurations, and support procedures
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve clinical and operational workflows
- Gather requirements from clinicians, department leaders, and business users
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot healthcare applications (Meditech, Epic, Athena, Cerner, PACS, etc.)
- Serve as liaison between end users, IT, and software vendors
- Investigate system issues and coordinate resolutions
- Create reports, dashboards, and data extracts (SQL, Power BI, Excel)
- Manage system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects
- Develop and deliver user training
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and healthcare regulations
- Document workflows, system configurations, and support procedures
