About The Position

As a System Analyst (Middle level), you will join the software development team to independently drive analytical tasks. You will be responsible for defining system requirements, mapping dependencies, and ensuring seamless integration between complex banking applications. Our Client is a prominent, innovation-driven financial institution on a mission to revolutionize the banking sector through cutting-edge AI, MLOps, and Data solutions. They replace traditional financial infrastructure with modern, Cloud-Native platforms, wrapping critical machine learning services, scalable architecture, and strict security into a highly reliable ecosystem. Optiveum is acting as the recruitment partner for this role. You will sign a long-term B2B contract directly with a reputable IT outsourcing company, dedicating your expertise full-time to this Bank's technological transformation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in system/IT analysis within the banking sector.
  • Strong proficiency in BPMN and UML notations (experience with Enterprise Architect is a plus).
  • Practical knowledge of SOA, ESB architecture, and system integration concepts.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NeMO and NeMO Cyfrowe platforms is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Independently conduct end-to-end system and IT analysis within banking software development projects.
  • Create comprehensive functional and system documentation.
  • Identify, map, and visualize complex dependencies and connections between applications and system components.
  • Design system integrations utilizing SOA and ESB architecture principles.
  • Work closely with software developers and architects to ensure clear communication of requirements using Jira and Confluence.
  • Operate within an Agile environment, actively participating in Scrum processes.
