Requirements

  • 5 years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field financial services or related environment
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  • Knowledge of API Development Cloud AWS Data Design Batch Event Processing and Workflow
  • Process Automation is strongly preferred
  • Experience in Agile methodologies is expected

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry preferred attained through training and application experience
  • Exposure to test automation and quality practices

Responsibilities

  • Experience working in a complex environment with multiple applications patterns and integrations
  • Relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies including data analysis data mapping systems feasibility and impact analysis flowcharts uses case development story mapping writing setupconfiguration of systems gap analysis user acceptance testing and documentation
  • Strong analytical facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to produce in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners technical groups and COEs
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multifunctional teams
  • Technical problem solver who can work in a demanding fastpaced environment engaging collaborating and supporting capabilities across teams
  • Proactive contributor to a highly functioning team meticulous and understands how systems applications can provide solutions to business problems and objectives
  • Good interpersonal skills including negotiation communication leadership and influence
  • Adaptable and agile can conform to shifting priorities demands and timelines and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Successfully take the lead on issues and gain resolution in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide mentor and motivate engineers and analysts
  • Passion and intellectual curiosity to learn new technologies and business areas
