About The Position

This role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting applications and system components in both Windows and Linux environments. The System Analyst will provide technical support for COTS and SaaS applications, gather and document technical requirements, and recommend solutions for application and infrastructure changes. The position requires support for Windows Server 2016+ and RHEL 7+ environments, configuration and support of applications in Azure cloud infrastructure, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and remediation of vulnerabilities. The role also includes supporting various technologies such as Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Server, XML, PowerShell, application monitoring tools, and SSO technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID). Collaboration with network infrastructure, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and system architecture is expected, along with creating and maintaining technical architecture and system diagrams. The use of Azure DevOps for support activities and collaboration with vendors, customers, and technical teams for project implementation are key aspects. Support for containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) within cloud environments is also required.

Requirements

5–7+ years of experience installing and configuring systems and applications on Windows and Linux environments.
5–7+ years of experience gathering requirements, analyzing technical issues, and recommending solutions.
Strong experience with Windows Server 2016 or later and RHEL 7 or later.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
Experience with Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, XML, and PowerShell.
Experience with Dynatrace or similar application/system monitoring and debugging tools.
Knowledge of SSO technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
Strong knowledge of networks, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and system architecture.
Experience with vulnerability remediation and application/server support.
3–5+ years of experience implementing and configuring applications in Azure.
Experience with Azure services, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
