Configures, administers, and supports assigned applications, systems, third-party software, and interfaces that enable business operations and customer service. Provides tier-1 support for assigned systems by researching known issues, following documented troubleshooting and maintenance procedures, supporting routine configuration and access activities, and escalating more complex or unfamiliar issues to vendors, System Analyst II, or supervisor as appropriate. Assists with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements; analyzes assigned applications, processes, and system functionality; and supports testing, user documentation, training, implementation, post-implementation support, and routine process improvement opportunities. Applies critical thinking, sound judgment, and human validation when using data, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, strengthen user experience, and support responsible technology adoption. Partners with business units, Technology teammates, vendors, and strategic bank partners to translate business needs into practical system solutions while continuing to build technical knowledge, product ownership, and support capabilities. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships.
