Within our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients. Concentrix is currently hiring a Systems Analyst with experience in healthcare payer systems and HL7 FHIR interoperability, responsible for translating regulatory and business requirements into technical solutions. Supports CMS interoperability programs, evaluates current-state systems and data flows for compliance gaps, documents APIs and integrations, and collaborates with Agile development teams using C#, Azure, and REST APIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years IT experience
  • 3+ years in healthcare interoperability or payer systems
  • Experience with HL7 FHIR (R4) and healthcare interoperability
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, REST APIs
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, APIM)
  • Experience with ADO and Git
  • Healthcare payer domain knowledge (claims, prior auth)
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

  • Preferred CMS interoperability mandates (Payer-to-Payer, Member Access)
  • SMART on FHIR / OAuth2
  • Azure integration tools or FHIR servers

Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business/regulatory requirements into technical solutions
  • Assess current-state applications, integrations, and data flows against CMS-0057 interoperability compliance requirements, identify gaps, and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Design and document APIs, integrations, and data mappings (FHIR)
  • Support CMS interoperability programs (PAS, CRD, DTR, etc.)
  • Collaborate with developers using C#, Azure, REST APIs
  • Work in Agile using Azure DevOps (ADO)
